WebNet Global's Network design delivers converged wireless products
and services to business and residential customers that would be
normally purchased from several different providers, all in one low
cost bundle, with 24/7 customer support. Through its WebNet Global
Store retail dealerships the Company offers a wide selection of 'Next
Generation Communication' products and services for both residential
and business customers.
WebNet Global recognizes an enormous opportunity in the next
decade to become a leading communications company by developing
a Worldwide Network capable of delivering Converged Multi-Media
products and services. Consumers want more broadband and WebNet
Global can meet those demands.
Network Growth Strategy
The Principals and Management of WebNet Global have developed an
aggressive plan to develop 125 Converged Wireless "Footprints"
in North America. The Network has engaged professionals to provide
"Dark Zone" studies throughout the proposed service areas. Based
on these studies, WebNet Global has established "Footprints" defined
as Converged Wireless Territories.
Each territory is defined as follows:
- An area having a general population base of 250,000 residents.
- At 2.5 residents per household, approximately 100,000 households.
- Territory size may vary, but forecasts are based on 100,000 households.
- Territories tend to average 10,000-15,000 businesses depending on demographics.
- WebNet sells Four (4) Star and Four (4) Mesh Territory Licenses in each Territory.
- A minimum of 2 Licenses must be sold prior to commencement of deployment.
- Concurrently, WebNet sells a WebNet Global Store/ Dealership.
Typical Territory Example:
Las Vegas Territory Boundaries:
The following map is an overview of Las Vegas and its Five Territories.
Each Territory has zips or postal codes which fall within their boundaries.
These are used to track each subscriber by address and place them in a
designated territory for service and accounting purposes.
Typical Network Installation
For a typical installation, the Company mounts External Antennas and
Mesh Nodes in a Broadband Wireless Territory called a "Footprint".
Each Subscriber in that "Footprint" connects their computer onto the
Network via CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) or Wireless Ethernet card. The
Network delivers digital voice, data and video to our Subscribers in
a "Bundled" format at competitive rates.
