work on WebNet Global's broadband wireless infrastructure that is

The following is an overview of the Products and Services

Wireless High-Speed Internet
Broadband Wireless is the backbone of our Network. This is the process
of providing High Speed Internet access via radio frequencies.
Our transmitters send signals over designated frequencies and
can supply High Speed Internet access to our customers in a
high burst of speed, eliminating reliance on the costly
infrastructure of phone lines, cable lines or T-1 lines.
Our wireless connections are capable of speeds up to 20 Mbps
with geographic distribution flexibility. Typically, DSL can only achieve a
fraction of our speeds. Dial-up customers typically receive less than
50 Kb per second. Dial-up and DSL are old technologies tied to wires, switches and cables.
VoIP Phone Service
The new playing field for the Telecom industry is called VoIP (Voice
over Internet Protocol). VoIP technology allows call origination
and termination to be conveyed over IP networks. Wireless Broadband
permits low cost delivery to business and residential customers.
The use of the Internet for long distance calling, (VoIP), represents
a paradigm shift from traditional "switched" long distance to the
next generation of "packet-switched" VoIP Telephony services.
Most industry experts feel that this shift is as important as the
change from the telegraph to the telephone. The change is a
technological shift from circuit switched networks, which
were designed primarily for voice transmission and fundamentally
have not changed for nearly 100 years, to "packet switched"
networks, using technology such as IP (Internet Protocol)
and ATM (asynchronous transfer mode).
The Network, utilizing VoIP Technology, offers two outstanding
products. “Follow Me” allows the Subscriber to manage their
account and enter and change phone numbers where they want
to be reached. The system then follows the Subscriber,
and if unsuccessful in locating them, leaves a message in
one location for all the numbers, additionally sending
them an e-mail that they can listen to at a later date and
store or delete them as desired. Subscribers don't have to
check messages in several places. “Video Conferencing” permits
Subscribers to utilize “Peer to Peer” or “Peer to Multi-Peer”
features which deliver Television quality (30 frames per second)
transmission at very low cost.
Video Verified Security
WebNet Global Security has developed breakthrough real time
Video Verified Security and Perimeter Protection technology,
called WebNet Virtual Guard™. WebNet Virtual Guard™ fully
protects commercial or industrial businesses, construction
sites, or large residential properties at a fraction of the
cost of traditional services and prevents false alarm fines
that are so prevalent today.
WebNet Virtual Guard™ is a powerful, low cost, real time Video
Verified Security and Perimeter Protection System that provides
pre-intrusion protection that is superior to a team of professional
guards. It acts as a 'Personal Security Force' using 'Virtual

monitored alarm systems, state of the art infrared cameras and

video data for later retrieval.

IP Mobile
IP Mobile is essentially cellular on Internet Protocol.
IP calls are less expensive than traditional cellular
calls because they are terminated on the Internet similar
to VoIP calls. The IP Mobile phone will permit a Subscriber
to make “Free” unlimited local mobile phone calls in the
subscriber's “Footprint” area. As well, the subscriber
can make “Free” unlimited mobile phone calls to any other
“Footprint” in the Network. Any long distant calls terminated
in North America and not terminated on WebNet Global,
will be below regular cellular rates. The subscriber can expect
substantial savings on calls beyond North America on their
IP Mobile phone as well.
On-Demand Home Entertainment (IPTV, Movies, Games)
The Network will deliver the Subscribers a wide variety of
On-Demand products for both Business and Residential use.
Products can be ordered on the Network and immediately
delivered by Wireless. The Network is developing Ethnic Channels.
These Channels are from major Television stations around the
world allowing a Subscriber to watch a “Bundle” of
Television programming from their homeland.
